Prodbox is an event production company in Paris. We handle luxury event production in Paris for houses in fragrance and beauty, high jewellery and fine watchmaking, champagne and spirits, and we produce events for companies and for event agencies. Beyond Paris, we produce corporate ski trips in Val d'Isère and Tignes, in the Alps. Boris Malesset, who founded Prodbox in 2018, has been producing shows and events since 1994. Product launch, exhibition, client evening or seminar: you hand us the production, and your time goes on the content.
Luxury brand events, from private presentations to client evenings
A house plans an event around what it wants its guests to experience: a first encounter with a new fragrance, or a cuvée tasted with a handful of clients. We produce that moment in Paris, in the venue you choose with us. For luxury brand events, you settle the format with us: a product launch event, a private presentation, an exhibition, a dinner for your clients. Shop windows and pop-up stores belong to the same family, and you will find them under luxury brand activation.
We are the production, from feasibility study to show calling
You arrive with an idea and a date, sometimes a venue as well. We advise you at each stage: we carry out the feasibility study, write the specification and build the budget. Then we choose the suppliers and negotiate their prices, draw up the technical plans and design the lighting. We put the crews together, follow the production and, on the day, run the show while keeping a close eye on costs.
Freed from the operational side, you can give your time to the content of your project and to what your guests will experience. Sets are a craft of their own, which we describe under event set design.
Production support for event agencies
Event agencies hand us the production of their projects too. You keep the client relationship and the creative work; we take on the operational side, from the technical drawings to the show calling, with the same discretion we bring to a luxury house.
