Luxury events in Paris, from private presentations to launch nights

You are presenting a collection, a fragrance or a cuvée. We produce the event in Paris, within your confidentiality rules from the very first conversation.

For luxury events in Paris, Prodbox produces the launches, exhibitions, window displays, private presentations and evenings of houses in fragrance and beauty, high jewellery, fine watchmaking, champagne and spirits. Our production company is based in Paris, in the 16th arrondissement. You keep hold of the story the house wants to tell, and our team, whose experience in shows and events goes back more than thirty years, takes care of the production, from the first conversation to show calling on the night.

Fragrance and beauty: launches, exhibitions and pop-up stores

For a fragrance or beauty house, we produce the launch of a new scent, the exhibition that tells the story of a collection, or the pop-up store that opens in Paris for a season, which you will find in detail on our luxury brand activation page. We plan your guests' route up to the moment they first discover the fragrance, and we set the lighting for that moment.

High jewellery and fine watchmaking: private presentations and exhibitions

A high jewellery presentation is seen up close, by a few guests, under light set for the stones as much as for the faces. For high jewellery and fine watchmaking houses, we produce these private presentations as well as exhibitions, from the event set design to the get-out. The house looks after the transport and security of its pieces; we look after the sets and furniture, with their storage and logistics.

Champagne, wine and spirits: tastings and evenings hosted by the house

For a house in champagne, wine or spirits, we produce private tastings, pop-up bars and evenings where the house receives its clients. In France, communication about alcohol follows a precise legal framework, and we build it into the specification from the start.

Window displays, launches and brand activations

A house also lives through its boutiques. We produce shop windows for a season or for the festive period, from 3D views to installation, along with the brand activations where your clients step into the house's world for the length of an event. A new piece or a new scent often makes its first public appearance at a product launch event, as a launch evening or the opening of a boutique.

A client event, kept discreet

At a client event, the house welcomes people it knows by name. For these high-end events, we work strictly within your confidentiality rules: on this site we describe our work by sector, without naming any house.

For luxury houses, we have produced fragrance launches, press presentations, high jewellery dinners, fine watchmaking exhibitions and dinners, private tastings and cuvée launches; for companies in Paris, our corporate event production runs from gala evenings to conventions and conferences.

How a house event unfolds, from the brief to the get-out

1. The brief and confidentiality: you present the project, its guests and your confidentiality rules, which we apply from this first conversation. 2. Feasibility: we check the venue, the timetable, the technical side and the budget with you, then build the schedule. 3. Specification and budget: we describe the event you expect and its technical needs, then price each item. 4. Suppliers: we select the lighting, sound, video, set and catering suppliers, and negotiate their prices. 5. Plans and lighting: we draw the technical plans and the layout, then design the lighting, down to each piece on display. 6. Build and show calling: we follow the build, call the show on the day, then take everything down and hand the venue back as we found it.

To get started, what to send us

A first conversation is enough to begin the feasibility study. To prepare it, tell us what you already know:

  • the date or period, and the venue if it is chosen;
  • the number of guests and who they are (clients, press, staff);
  • the format you have in mind, from a private presentation to an evening;
  • an indicative budget, if you have one;
  • your confidentiality rules and, where relevant, an embargo date.

A written brief is welcome, and we can also write it with you.

Frequently asked questions

Is Prodbox a luxury event agency in Paris?

Prodbox is an event production company: in Paris we produce the events of luxury houses, from fragrance and beauty to high jewellery, fine watchmaking, champagne and spirits. We work directly with the houses, and as the production team for the event agencies that work with them.

What events do you produce for a luxury house?

We produce product launches, private presentations, exhibitions, window displays, pop-up stores, tastings, evenings hosted by the house and brand activations. Each format starts from a specification we write with you.

How long does it take to prepare a luxury event?

It depends on what has to be built: a private presentation in a venue that is already equipped comes together faster than an exhibition whose sets have to be designed and made. Allow six weeks to twelve months depending on the size of the project, and we draw up the schedule with you from the feasibility study onwards.

What budget should we plan for a high-end event in Paris?

The budget depends on the format, the venue, the number of guests and how much of the set is built to measure. We put it together with you from the specification, then select the suppliers and negotiate their prices.

Can you help us find event venues in Paris?

Yes. We suggest venues that suit your format, your guests and your date, then visit them with you to check access, power, ceiling height and the build hours each venue allows.

How do you protect a house's confidentiality?

We work strictly within your confidentiality rules from the first conversation. On this site we describe our work by sector, without naming any house.
