Your team travels in from abroad for a few days. We produce the event in Paris or in the Alps, from the venue recce to the closing night.
Destination events bring a team or a group of clients from abroad to a place chosen for the occasion, for a seminar, an incentive, a launch or a run of evenings. Prodbox, an event production company founded in Paris in 2018, produces these events in Paris and in the Alps, in Val d'Isère and Tignes. Boris Malesset, who founded Prodbox, has been producing shows and events since 1994.
Paris, for a group arriving from abroad
In Paris, we visit the venues with you or for you and send you photos and plans, so you can choose before you travel. We then build the programme with you: plenary sessions, presentations, a product reveal, the evenings. For an international group, we bring the same production we run in the city for houses and companies: technical drawings, sets, lighting, crews and show calling, as described under luxury event production in Paris.
The Alps, in Val d'Isère and Tignes
In the mountains, we produce seminars, incentives and evenings on site in Val d'Isère and Tignes, two neighbouring resorts in Savoie. We build the programme around the snow and the weather, with an indoor fallback for each outdoor moment. Your group skis with PowderWeGo, the off-piste ski school in Val d'Isère that works with us.

Working alongside a destination management company
If a destination management company already looks after your group's transfers, hotels and activities, we produce the event within its plan: venue, sets, technical production and show calling. We agree the division of roles with you at the feasibility stage, so each supplier knows who answers to whom.

Is Prodbox a destination management company in Paris?
No. Prodbox is an event production company: we produce the event itself, from the venue recce to the show calling. A destination management company, or DMC, looks after a visiting group's local logistics, such as transfers, hotels and activities.
Do we still need a DMC in Paris if Prodbox produces our event?
It depends on what your group needs on the ground. A DMC handles transfers, hotels and activities for visitors, and Prodbox produces the event, from the venue to the show calling; we agree the split with you at the feasibility stage.
Can you produce a destination event in the Alps?
Yes, in Val d'Isère and Tignes, two neighbouring resorts in Savoie, where we produce seminars, incentives and evenings on site.
How do you prepare a destination event from abroad?

The budget depends on the format, the venue, the number of guests and the length of the stay. We build it line by line from your brief, then negotiate each supplier's price.
Travel, accommodation and the event
We produce the event on site and fit our timings to your group's travel plan. Flights, transfers and accommodation for your participants are organised and sold by our partner Aéreau Voyages, a tour operator registered with Atout France (IM074100082).
