Guide · Corporate parties
An aerial act above the dance floor, a jazz trio during dinner, an electro set to fill the room with dancers. You choose the entertainment for your guests, and we produce the stage that goes with it.
Corporate event entertainment gives your guests a moment to share: a show, a concert, an artistic installation or a tasting, each in its place in the evening. Choose it according to your guests, the venue and the tone of the evening, then check what it asks of the stage, sound, lighting and build time. Prodbox produces shows, concerts and evenings for companies, luxury houses and event agencies; Boris Malesset, who founded Prodbox in 2018, has staged shows and events since 1994.
A show gives the evening its high point: the room turns towards the stage, and your guests share the same surprise at the same instant. An aerial act above the dance floor, an acrobat, a short play or a set of popular songs: the form follows the tone you want to set.
What to plan for · a stage or clear performance area, rigging points able to carry the equipment for an aerial act, enough ceiling height, a dressing room, a rehearsal in the venue before your guests arrive.
A concert takes the evening from conversation to dancing: jazz or world music during dinner, then rock, popular songs or electro when the dance floor opens. An acoustic trio settles into a corner of the room; a rock band or a DJ needs a stage and a sound system sized for the venue.
What to plan for · the artist's technical rider, a stage, stage sound and lighting, a dressing room, a soundcheck in the afternoon, a sound level that suits the venue and the neighbours.
An artistic installation or a lighting design transforms the venue for the whole evening: your guests discover it on arrival and come back to it between conversations. A lit façade, a work installed in the courtyard, a trail of light from one room to the next: we design it with the event scenography of the evening.
What to plan for · a longer build, often the day before, layout plans, power supply, materials that comply with the venue's rules.
A tasting brings your guests together around one cuvée and one story, told by a sommelier or by the house presenting it. It suits a client dinner, a more intimate evening, or the opening of a large party, at the bar. We also produce the champagne, wine and spirits events of the houses themselves.
What to plan for · a bar or tasting tables, plenty of glassware, soft light, a microphone for the speaker.
For a large evening, you can follow one form with another across several spaces: a circus act at the welcome, a concert during dinner, an electro set to finish. We produce festivals of theatre, circus, jazz, rock and electro, and we apply the same method to a corporate evening.
What to plan for · a timed cue sheet, an event technical production crew to hold the transitions, a team on each space.
Place the high point when all your guests are present and free: after the speeches, between two courses, or as the dance floor opens. For a corporate party, we set the cue sheet around management's speeches; for a gala dinner, around the service of the seated meal.
For companies, we have produced gala evenings, end-of-year parties and conventions; for champagne houses, evenings hosted by the house and pop-up bars.

Each artist supplies a technical rider: stage size, sound, lighting, dressing room, set-up time. We compare it with what the venue allows in power, ceiling height, access for equipment and finishing time, then we add what is missing. On the day, the production manager follows the cue sheet and calls each entrance.
We put up the set and technical equipment during the day, before the afternoon soundcheck, then we rehearse the entrances, lighting changes and speeches in the venue. For an aerial act or a heavy installation, we plan the build for the day before when the venue allows it.
An artist's contract sets the date, the length of the performance, the technical rider and the welcome arrangements: dressing room, meal, arrival time. For music, remember to declare the rights to the collecting society.
At Prodbox, we suggest the artists and book them, contracts included.
In a resort, in Val d'Isère or Tignes, we produce the closing evening of a seminar as we would in Paris: the stage, sound and lighting in the chosen venue, and the crew who run the evening.
Choose it according to your guests, the venue and the tone of the evening: a jazz concert accompanies a dinner, a circus act creates a high point, an electro set opens the dance floor. Then check what it asks of the stage, sound and lighting.
As soon as the date and the venue are fixed, and as early as possible for an end-of-year party: in December, artists and reception venues book up long in advance.
Yes, in most cases: a stage, even a low one, puts the musicians in view of everyone and gives them room to set up. For a jazz trio during dinner, a clear area and discreet sound can be enough.
Entertainment the whole room can see from its tables: an aerial act between two courses, a concert after dinner, light playing across the venue from the moment your guests arrive. The service of the seated dinner decides when you place it.
Yes. We produce shows and concerts for corporate parties and gala evenings, from the artist's technical rider to show calling on the night: stage, sound, lighting, dressing rooms and cue sheet.
